Ken Fritz, President
With more than 30 years’ public speaking experience and 28 years’ experience in leadership positions, it is no wonder Ken Fritz is such an acclaimed speaker and expert on leadership. Ken has presented to a wide range of professionals (senior management to entry-level) on a host of topics including leadership, time management, organization, job satisfaction, priorities, excelling as a manager and supervisor, diversity, conflict resolution, team-building, customer service and presentation skills. His topic material is current, tailored, and delivered with energy and laced with professional and personal examples. Nobody leaves his seminar unchanged.
Now the president of Colorado Crimson Group, Ken’s leadership successes reach back to his career as a U.S. Air Force officer, fighter pilot, trainer and executive assistant for two generals. He served as third in command of an aircraft fighter squadron in Europe and completed a tour as instructor and seminar chairman at the prestigious Joint Forces Staff College. He spent an additional eight years as the Chief, Commandant’s Action Group at the same college.
Ken’s success speaks for itself. Ken has coached several mid-level managers on career development and promotion potential, which resulted in a 100% promotion rate. He professionally guided an organization of more than 85 personnel from a position of extremely poor morale to a position of positive morale in less than six months.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his Master’s of Public Administration in Urban, State and Federal Governance from Golden Gate University.

Glen Evans, Graphic Designer
Glen is a seasoned professional graphic designer and illustrator with more than 15 years experience working in the corporate sector. Glen specializes in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies and internal communication vehicles including websites, newsletters, corporate publications, advertisements, brochures and campaigns for corporate foundations. Because of his experience, clients commission Glenn to provide graphic communication strategies that engage, motivate and inspire. He recently started his own graphic design and illustration business and lists Disney Corporation, NBC Television, Universal Studios, Stephen J. Cannell Productions, Mobil, Arco and Knott’s Berry Farm as among those who have benefited from his work.
In 1984, Glen had an original illustration chosen for display in the Society of Illustrators annual college student exhibition in New York City. He has seven design patents placing him among the most “patented” employees in the company. He also created 22 main title illustrations for Stephen J. Cannel’s pilot for the NBC show, The 100 Lives of Black Jack Savage. He continues to produce “vanity screen” artwork for television producers.
Glen studied commercial art at California State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Illustration. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Design from California State University-Fullerton.
Leigh Ann Whittle, Chief Editor
Leigh Ann has been a writer and editor for more than fifteen years. After a career in motorsports public relations, which began during her undergraduate internships at a motorsports marketing firm and Street and Smith’s motorsports publications, Whittle transitioned into contract writing in the reinsurance industry. She also embarked on a teaching career, during which time she has taught courses in expository writing, business communication, critical thinking and public speaking, mostly in an online setting. Whittle has also completed writing and editing duties outside the workplace, including writing press releases and newsletters for non-profit groups including her local Humane Society, creating press releases and web content for Endurance Karting and serving as a proceedings editor for Association of Business Communication and the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education. She holds a B.A. in Corporate Communication and Journalism from Elon University, an M.A. in English with a Technical and Professional Communication Emphasis from East Carolina University and an M.Ed. in Adult and Community College Education with a Concentration in Adult and Continuing Professional Education from North Carolina State University.
Meagan Williford, Social Media Director
Meagan is an energetic, dedicated professional with a love for the written word and nearly a decade of experience in writing, editing, journalism and social media. She is detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and producing high-quality pieces that tell stories in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
With a love for writing evidenced by her work experience, Meagan effectively combines her writing skills with today’s technology when communicating with diverse audiences. During her undergraduate career, she rose through the ranks at her college’s newspaper, starting as a writer and finishing as Editor in Chief. She also served as a writing coach for the campus newspaper while attending graduate school. Meagan’s most recent experience is as a web editor and electronic media administrator for two universities. In her present role as electronic media administrator, Meagan manages electronic media for a university admissions department; in this role, she builds relationships with prospective students via social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Meagan is a summa cum laude graduate of Barton College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She continued her education at North Carolina State University, where she received her Master of Arts in English, Rhetoric and Composition.
