My name is Ken Fritz.
If we do business together, you should know “who” you are getting. You should know what I truly believe in. It has taken me a while to get to this point in my life, but it’s been worth it.
The following list will give you and idea of what I believe in when it comes to Principled Leadership and some other things:
Leaders lead from the front.
You either have discipline or regrets.
Humor is one of life’s greatest gifts.
If you really listen to those who work for you, you will hear what they don’t say.
If you don’t use your time wisely, someone else will use it for you.
Focus on the moment.
The truth is the truth. There are no “versions.”
Don’t do good. Do your best.
The past is gone. Don’t look back – pave the way.
Always seek other viewpoints.
Anger is a foolish emotion.
Bad situations are almost always temporary.
Judgment is a double edged sword. Watch how you wield it.
Education can’t be taken away from you.
There are two sides to every decision, making it and following it.
Defend your subordinates.
If you don’t know your subordinates, you can’t lead them effectively.
Stress is real. Know your enemy.
Morale isn’t given the attention it deserves.
If your lips are moving, you probably aren’t learning.
Happiness really does come from the inside out.
Talk is cheap. Actions speak volumes.
If you can’t keep your word you won’t have much else to keep either.
Quiet really is a good thing.
Priorities: God, family, work, me.
This is what I bring to the table – for better or for worse.
